When I’m not at the office or a job site, you’ll find me spending time with my family, whether that’s hanging out with my kids at home or traveling somewhere new together. I also enjoy training for a race and going to my CrossFit gym. I’ve been in the hardwood flooring industry since I was 16, and I fell in love with it from the very first day. Nearly two decades later, that passion hasn’t faded, if anything it’s grown. I’m always looking to sharpen my craft, whether that’s taking classes or attending industry conferences to stay on top of the latest techniques. For me, this job has never been just a job. It’s about craftsmanship: the precision of every cut, the care in every finish, and the pride of standing back and knowing a floor was done right. That’s what drives me every single day, and it’s the standard I bring to every home we work in.
