We received 5 quotes from a variety of vendors to do about 1400 sf of basement flooring and a couple other projects. Santi was the only one that listened to our request and broke things out into separate quotes with line items. They provided the quote in a timely manner. The owner was able to answer technical questions that the other "5 star" companies didn't know (as to why prior work had been done in the manner that it had). The Santi team did a great job from start to finish. Red oak hardwood floors in two large rooms, powder room, closets, the entry hall and a long hallway were refinished and stained in a lighter color, including replacing some boards with very deep scratches in the hallway. They did an excellent job at a reasonable price. A side note is that the "dustless" sanding really seems to work; the areas that were refinished are open to other areas of the house and there was no dust in those areas after the work was done.
